Michelle Bennett
DIRECTOR

Michelle is dedicated to creating a nurturing and secure environment where every child can thrive. As Centre Director, she prioritises building strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for learning and growth.

With a background in early childhood education, Michelle brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to high-quality care and education. Her leadership fosters a collaborative and dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for all children at Junee Kids.

Outside of her professional role, Michelle is an avid equestrian and water sports enthusiast. These pursuits reflect her dedication and passion in all aspects of life. Her well-rounded interests contribute to her holistic approach to early childhood education.

Lauren Nicoll
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

A long term resident of Junee, Lauren has been working in the early childhood sector for 14 years.

Through her career, she has educated and cared for children of all ages. And she prides herself on building meaningful relationships with both children and their families.

Lauren holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and enjoys working as part of a team to inspire and educate children to be their best selves.

When away from work, Lauren spends time with her children, family and friends, which often involves camping or water skiing… ideally with a nice cheese and dip platter.

Anna Rodway
SENIOR EDUCATOR

Anna is a key member of our leadership team, with over 12 years of experience in early childhood education. Her journey from obtaining a Diploma in Education to currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching) reflects her commitment to professional growth.

As a mother of two young boys, she understands the importance of a nurturing and safe environment where every child can thrive. Anna's passion for fostering children's development is evident in her creative approach to designing enriching experiences that stimulate curiosity and exploration. Her dedication extends beyond the classroom as she tirelessly advocates for equal opportunities for all children.

Outside her professional achievements, Anna enjoys reading, puzzles, and board games with friends.

Amelia Todoroski
EDUCATIONAL LEADER

Meet Amelia, our dedicated Early Childhood teacher and educational leader in the Wattle Wonders room. Amelia's journey is marked by exceptional drive and commitment, completing her Certificate 3 in six months and her Diploma in just over a year. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education, she aims to graduate by year-end.

Originally from Sydney, Amelia recently moved to Junee and is preparing for her wedding next year. At home, she enjoys the company of her energetic puppy, Rogue, and favours the colour purple.Amelia believes passionately in the uniqueness of every child, dedicating herself to nurturing their growth and milestones. Her enthusiasm for education and dedication to fostering young minds make her an invaluable member of our team, embodying our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
